Come on downtown for the best country you’re gonna find this side of the Mississippi. We’ll be releasing our new CD “Three Cords” at BB’s Jazz, Blues & Soups on January 14th. We’ll be playing from 7PM-10PM so show up early and stay late and have a beer with us. $10 gets you in and a free

CD. Not too shabby. Saaaaluuuute!

Three Cords coming soon

Here’s a sneak peek at the CD cover. Get ready for a release show coming to a venue near you very soon. Watch this space for details.

This is a real treat if you’ve never seen us paired with S&TB. They are a country blues outfit from Chicago and will knock your socks into the toes of your boots. Come on out to BBs Jazz, Blues and Soups (701 S. Broadway) this Sunday, November 20th and see what you’ve been missing. Trigger 5 goes on around 9PM followed by Sarah and the Tallboys. Don’t miss it!

Hop in the City This Saturday

Unlimited beer samples for one low low price. Plus there’ll be food and country music provided by Trigger 5. Come on down to the Schlafly Tap Room this Saturday, September 17th and make a day of it. The action lasts all day but make sure you’re there from 2:45-4:45 cuz that’s when we’re on stage!

The GCMA featured a short profile of Trigger 5 in their recent newsletter. We’re honored by what they had to say :

Trigger 5 is a group of young musicians that choose to record their original songs in traditional country music style and instrumentation. They have worked several GCMA Jams along with the area’s best and stood out with a high energy rockin’ sound in the tradition of Buck Owens at Carnegie Hall, Conway at the Palladium and Bob Wills at the Cow Palace. If you get a chance to hear ‘em, take it. You’ll enjoy their show.
